Courtney Love Banned From Francis Bean’s Trust Fund

Courtney Love & Francis Bean Cobain

Courtney Love has been temporarily banned from getting into her daughter, Francis Bean Cobain’s trust fund. There’s a kerfuffle over who is allowed to gain access to the funds, so bank officials have frozen it so that no one can take any of the money out.

Given that Courtney is known for wasting her money on bird “art”, I can’t say that I blame them.

Francis was left with a $1.2 million trust after the untimely death of her father, Kurt Cobain. The trust is being held hostage at America’s First Republic Bank with bankers filing suit to prevent anyone from accessing the cash.

The bank says that Courtney and the Laird Norton Tyee Trustee Company are both vying for access to the funds. Court’s lawyer is saying that the bank is only freezing the dough because they got wind of her wanting to close out the account.

Courtney, leave your daughter, Francis’, bank account alone! You better get out and make some guest appearances somewhere to get some cash together for yourself if you are running low! Hey, why don’t you get Hole back together and go on tour?!!!? Not to be mean, but you have lots of “stuff” you can sell, too; (I’ve seen some of your TwitPics), so get on with it!
