Conservatorship over Britney Spears estate extended until March 10th

Britney Spears’ family members have tightened their grip on her finances as well as her life, today, when the court extended her father’s co-conservatorship. The court also granted her brother, Bryan Spears, a share of oversight of her trust.

The commissioner in the case over Britney’s conservatorship extended her family’s reign over her life, money, taxes, and visitors, until at least March 10th. He also scheduled a hearing on that day to possibly extend the order even further.

Jamie’s attorney, Jeryll Cohen, says that they still haven’t been able to serve Sam Lutfi with the restraining order, because he seems to be avoiding service. He was accused of putting drugs in Britney’s good and verbally abusing her.

Hopefully all of their efforts aren’t in vain. She is getting the proper medical care and has professional security, so that the chaos has been removed from the situation.
