Cindy Crawford Bans Her Daughter Kaya From Watching Hannah Montana

Rumors swirled across the internet yesterday that supermodel Cindy Crawford has banned her seven-year-old daughter Kaya from watching Hannah Montana. It was said that the ban was due to the fact that the show causes her to be sassy.

She said, “I love Hannah Montana, but she (Kaya) learns to be sassy from that show. I’ll say to her, ‘I don’t let anyone talk to me like that. I’ll certainly not take it from a seven year old, in my own house.”

Now, Cindy’s rep is releasing a statement saying that the Hannah Montana rumors aren’t true. The rep said, “I don’t know where this quote came from. It doesn’t sound like Cindy. I just spoke to Cindy, and she said that she is a fan of ‘Hannah Montana,’ and she has taken her daughter to multiple shows.”

So, maybe she said to someone quietly and didn’t want it repeated. But when the word got out, she wouldn’t get any Hannah Montana perks, she comes out with the denial. That’s my opinion. And I don’t let my kids watch Hannah Montana just because it sucks.
