Christian Bale to evade assault charges & receive a caution

Christian Bale is not going to face charges over allegations that he assaulted his mother and his sister, according to new reports.

The Batman actor was arrested last month when his mother claimed that he assaulted her and his sister Jenny. The supposed incident took place at the Dorchester hotel before the British premiere of The Dark Knight.

He was released on bail after being questioned by the cops. Lawyers in the U.K. are now saying that he will not face charges, but only receive a caution in the incident. There’s a catch, though. Christian is going to have to admit guilt.

We’ll see how that one plays out.
