Charlize Theron is being sued for $20 million

Charlize Theron is set to head to court later on this month in a $20 million lawsuit, because she’s claimed to have reneged on an endorsement contract for a Swiss watch company.

Raymond Weil claimed Charlize was supposed to wear only their watches and no others. They’re saying that she was only supposed to wear their watches between October 2005 through December 2006, and she was seen wearing a Dior watch at a film festival in March 2006.

She’s set to go to Federal court by the end of the month. The Swiss company is seeking $20 million, which they’ve estimated to have paid out in advertising deals.
