Charlie Sheen really sucked for his first performance in Detroit for his Violent Torpedo Of Truth show. He got booed by the crowd and the performance was just disorganized, at best.
Still, when Charlie didn’t know what to do or say, he told the crowd, “I already got your money dude” as they clamored for refunds. Afterward, Charlie said that he was ashamed of the performance, but that he’s getting better.
Charlie then appeared on stage in Chicago, where he wasn’t met with any booing at all. Charlie really revamped the show and got nothing but praise from his Chicago audience. He even opened the Chicago show with a poem stating how much he hates Detroit.
It’s a good thing that he’s improving the show, I’d hate to think that I’ve wasted my money for his Cleveland show, just to miss out on a good time. Charlie — it’s not enough to just show up, dude. You’ve got to be WINNING!
