Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller isn’t facing any real trouble over arrest for cocaine possession last December. At her sentencing in the case, she was sentenced to one year of probation with the case being transferred to California where she lives. During the entire time, Brook will have to submit to random urine tests and isn’t allowed to drink any alcohol.
It must be nice to have a metric ton of cash at your disposal so that you can make things like these go away. If she violates any of the terms of her probation, she could serve some time behind bars.
The deal was done yesterday with her attorney making it official with the prosecutor. She is also to continue going to rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. In agreement for pleading guilty to one charge of cocaine possession and the prosecutors have agreed to drop the felony charge of possession in addition to dropping the misdemeanor assault charge.
