Britney Spears has been long rumored to be joining The X Factor as a judge. She was offered a cool $10 million for the gig, but rejected it in favor of $20 million. Well, it looks like she came to a compromise with Simon Cowell and has settled for $15 million for the job.
Reportedly, she is finalizing the process to appear as a judge on the show alongside Simon and L.A. Reid. A source said, “Both camps were back and forth on the money but now they have finally come to agreement on the fee. That was the big sticking point and now, thankfully, it’s been sorted. All they need to do now is work out the smaller points. The fact the money is now set means that there is nothing stopping this from becoming a reality.”
After this is all settled, Simon can settle on another celebrity to fill the other vacant judging spot on the show. Who do you think it’s going to be?
