So much for not wanting to take a penny off of her, right? Apparently, Blake Fielder-Civil wants more than that from his soon-to-be ex-wife, Amy Winehouse. Sources claim that he is asking for £1 million to keep his mouth shut and not write a tell all book.
A close friend of Amy’s reportedly said, “That’s all pretense – Blake has asked Amy’s manager for £1 million to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it. He’s so two-faced. He just wants a pay off. Money’s his driving force.”
It had been revealed that Mitch Winehouse offered £50,000 to Blake to divorce Amy. Blake responded to that offer with, “If Amy wants to divorce I need to hear it from Amy – not you. You’re organizing your daughter’s divorce settlement and she doesn’t know anything about it. I’m not going to discuss anything with you.”
It sounds like Blake wants to be set before walking away from Amy completely. I didn’t think he was the type to want to take money from her, but maybe he just wants it for drugs. She needs to keep away from him in order to get better herself, so maybe she should pony up the cash and walk away.
