Billy Ray Cyrus is to blame for Miley’s photo scandal

So says Marie Osmond. According to her, Billy Ray Cyrus is to blame for the photo scandal that’s surrounding Miley Cyrus.

Marie says that Billy Ray should have never have left Miley alone with Annie Leibowitz.

Marie says, “My parents never, never left us alone. We always had some form of a guardian or something with us, a guardian that would represent what they would have done. But, in (Miley’s) case, her dad stepped out, and that’s when it happened. How do you say no to somebody like Annie (Leibovitz) when you’re a little girl?”

But, this is another day and age and that was like the 70’s……everything back then was love, peace, and hair grease.
