Benji Madden forgoes charity to hang out with Paris Hilton

Benji Madden is so taken with Paris Hilton that he ditched DJ’ing at club Prive for the opportunity to hang out with the former heiress.

He was booked to DJ at the club last Saturday, with all of the proceeds going to Nicole Richie’s and Joel Madden’s Richie Madden Foundation.

But, he’d rather go clubbing. I bet Joel’s thinking, “Nice PR move there, brother.”

Sources say that the terms of the deal stated that he was not to appear at any other nightclub 24 hours prior to Saturday’s event. But, he followed Paris to a number of different clubs on Friday night.

He said, “I feel awful, but I didn’t know what to do. I’m crazy about this girl.”
