Barbra Streisand is now speaking out against GOP Presidential candidate John McCain for picking Sarah Palin as his running mate. She says, “McCain doesn’t get it: Women are not that stupid. I believe that John McCain chose Gov. Palin because he truly believes that women who supported Hillary — an experienced, brilliant, life-long public servant — would vote for him because his Vice President has two x chromosomes. McCain’s selection of Governor Palin is a transparent and irresponsible decision all in the name of trying to win this election.”
I couldn’t agree more. McCain’s camp is trying to win over Hillary Clinton voters, but in his choice, he forgot to pick someone who was actually aware of the issues.
With all of the media surrounding all things Sarah Palin, it takes the spotlight off of McCain and what his real stance is on any of the issues.
