Ashley Dupré is suing Joe Francis

Ashley Dupré has decided that it’s lawsuit time for Joe Francis. If her name rings a bell, it’s because she is the prostitute that brought down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer.

She is claiming that Joe Francis exploited her and is still gaining financially from her likeness and image when she was only 17-years old and not legally of age to sign release forms.

She is seeking more than $10 million in damages. She said that Joe’s goons approached her in 2003, got her drunk and talked her into exposing herself for the cameras.

He has said that girls lie about their age, so basically he’s going to claim ignorance on this one. I think he should just pack it in already. He’s a dirtbag.

And what’s her excuse? Is she going to say that he made her into a hooker???? Don’t doubt it and if it happens, I called it.
