Ashley Dupre drops her lawsuit against Joe Francis

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, Governor Spitzer’s high priced call girl, has dropped her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.

The lawsuit alleged that Ashley was duped into signing a release form and exposing her breasts for Girls Gone Wild in 2003, when she was only 17. But Joe Francis’ people maintained that she said on camera that she was 18 at the time and even showed ID to prove it.

The lawsuit was withdrawn earlier today.

“Ms. Dupré wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive,” Dupré’s attorney Richard C. Wolfe said in a statement. “She has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter.”

She probably knew that she couldn’t go anywhere with the suit and should’ve taken the $1 million that he offered her in the first place.
