Are Britney Spears’ parents planning an intervention?

Last night, Britney Spears and long-time pal, Sam Lutfi had a huge fight. Adnan Ghalib came to the rescue and they drove around for a bit until they got a flat tire. Britney’s mother, Lynne arrived in L.A. and it’s now being reported that her and Britney’s father Jamie are ready to stage an intervention. Also, Britney’s “cousin” Alli Sims is in town.

So now that the gang is all there, maybe they can weed out the negative influences in Britney’s life. Like, who the heck is Sam Lutfi really? Where did he come from? It’s been said that he is worse than a jealous husband. He has reportedly told Adnan to stay away from Britney, or Adnan will kill her.

The text messages from Sam Lutfi to Adnan Ghalib said:

“You’re a manic trigger. If you continue to have any contact with him [?], you’ll kill her. It’s your decision. You need to cease all contact with her completely. I’ve tried to work with you helping her, but you didn’t do as asked. Only way to help now is to disappear, she’s never been this way before.”

Lynne Spears finally needs to get rid of these hangers-on that cling to her daughter. ASAP. Before she ends up like Anna Nicole Smith.
